Friends and Family Test

The practice is always looking at how we perform and to ascertain if we are getting it right. There are several ways we do this; some of these are given below:

Friends and Family Test – This is a one question survey that asks if you would recommend us to your friends and family. You do have an opportunity to say why you make your recommendation, but this is optional. This can be done by a form that is held in the main waiting room, Reception or on line at www.iwantgreatcare.co.uk

Annual patient survey – this is undertaken annually to look at specific areas of the service we provide patients.

Ad-hoc patient survey – these look a one specific area that the practice wants to gauge patient perception and wishes. These can be held before any changes and/or after any changes have taken place.
