Changes To Our GP Online System
A digital revolution is upon us – demand continues to rise, and people are increasingly expecting to contact us online. Indeed, this was mandated by our last Health Secretary, Wes Streeting. To help us modernise, the surgery is implementing a complimentary computer GP online system, Anima. In advance of this, we have launched a new, more modern website.
In November 2026, we are planning an entirely new system for booking appointments – total digital triage. This transformation will produce a smoother, fairer system. All patients will be assessed and directed to the right person, while reducing unnecessary back-and-forth. This should mean the end of the 8am scramble and being told to call the next day!
Those who cannot use technology will not be disadvantaged. Our Care Navigators will still be available on the phone, ready to help. They will enter you into the system themselves, thus ensuring the same level of access for all.
